All of our products are made in-house and inspected before shipment. Due to the nature of our handmade items, slight imperfections or variations from listing images may occur.
All orders are subject to availability; we may cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including stock shortages or suspected fraud.
Prices listed on the site are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, handling, and other fees; these will be added to your final invoice before payment is processed.
Cancellations may be requested if the item has not yet been shipped. Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days of ordering. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process back to the original payment method.
All delivered orders are final sale (no returns) unless they arrive damaged or lost in transit; in the event of a damaged item, please contact us for assistance. Photo proof of the damaged items and packaging are required. If photos are suspected to be artificially altered, your request may be voided.
In the rare case a return is approved by us, the customer is responsible for all shipment costs and fees.
In the case of a lost shipment, first check with the courier to see if they can locate your package.
Shipping times are estimates only; Stratabird Studios is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances after the package has left our possession.
