By Placing an order with Stratabird Studios, you agree to the following policies:
All orders are subject to availability; we may cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including stock shortages or suspected fraud.
Prices listed on the site are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, handling, and other fees; these will be added to your final invoice before payment is processed.
Cancellations may be requested if the item has not yet been shipped. Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days of ordering. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process back to the original payment method.
All delivered orders are final sale (no returns) unless they arrive damaged in transit; in the event of a damaged item, please contact us for assistance. Photos of the damaged items and packaging are required.
In the rare case a return is approved by us, the customer is responsible for all shipment costs.
In the case of a lost shipment, first check with the courier to see if they can locate your package.
Shipping times are estimates only; Stratabird Studios is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances after the package has left our possession.
